Prime Minister Rama said that even 500,000 protesters are not enough for him to withdraw.

This is because, according to Rama, he has an agreement with 800,000 people who voted for him. 

"Not 5 thousand people, but 500 thousand to come out to the streets, it's not enough, there are 800 thousand or so who have made an agreement with me and the SP."

"This investment did not come out of nowhere today. I said it during the campaign. I was in Tivat, I came directly from Tivat here... Tivat was the most underdeveloped place in Montenegro, no tourists went there because it was a military base," said Prime Minister Rama.
