At a time when from the pink headquarters, but also from Re-establishment, they are talking about negotiations for the Assembly to return to normality, Prime Minister Edi Rama has chosen not to define it as an "agreement".

At the end of the meeting with the mayors that took place in Shkodër, Rama said that the establishment of Investigative Commissions is a right of the opposition, which has never been refused, only in case they did not violate the law. As long as this is achieved, said Rama, then the majority is very much in agreement.

"I really cannot understand if those who comment on the agreement on the establishment of investigative commissions do not understand, because we said a long time ago that we did not refuse and did not violate any right to establish investigative commissions, we refused to vote initiatives that, in the name of the investigative commission, violated the framework well defined by the decisions of the Constitutional Court. This is not a matter of agreement or negotiation, but it is a matter of rights, the opposition has the right to set up an investigative commission, but it must be within the framework defined by the Constitutional Court, as long as it is so, it has our approval," he said . Rama.

In the event that there is no agreement, Rama indicates that he has a "B" plan to address their proposals for the Electoral Reform. The next step will be the Assembly, or elections will be held with the existing Electoral Code.

At today's meeting held in Shkodër, 6 mayors of the opposition were also present.

While it has been interpreted by some as a collaboration between Prime Minister Edi Rama and Sali Berisha, which he calls "Non Grata", the head of government has given a very clear answer.

He has shown why he chose to invite the Democrats in this meeting.

"I have seen with pleasure that the mayors have done the work of the mayor and I am very glad that they are mayors and not the altorpalants of others", concluded Rama.
