Former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, has stated that the DP is in negotiations with allies regarding the quota of mandates that will benefit from the safe list.
The leading democrat emphasized that " of course the allies will have candidates ," adding that the final result will be made public.
"It is under negotiation. Of course, the allies will have candidates and this quota is under negotiation, it has existed and will exist, the final result will be published. The coalition is formed on the basis of an electoral record and cannot be kicked out," Berisha said .
