A day after testifying at SPAK regarding Erion Veliaj's file, Klotilda Bushka was not at the head of the commission to lead it, but in her place was the deputy chair, SP MP Eduard Ndreca.

Meanwhile, in his speech, DP MP Dashnor Sula asked all members of the committee to come up with a joint statement distancing themselves from the actions of the chairwoman of the committee.

Sula stated that Bushka, with her actions, has damaged the image of the Law Commission.

Dashnor Sula:  This committee should have had a position and cannot pass into such a silent state. All members of the laws committee, majority and opposition, together should make a statement of distancing themselves. It is unimaginable that the chairwoman of the laws committee is the person who has committed actions in open violation of the law. It can happen anywhere, but with an unprecedented awareness in obstructing the investigation of justice for the mayor of the municipality Erion Veliaj, this is unimaginable, unforgivable. Therefore, I will ask you, the chairman of this committee, to have a statement or a statement to distance ourselves from this behavior that the chairwoman of the laws committee has made, because it has seriously damaged the image of the laws committee.
