During his communication with citizens through the " Eye to Eye " section on the social network Facebook, Prime Minister Edi Rama also commented on the materials published yesterday in the media, where Veliaj himself claims that SPAK prosecutor Olsi Dado addressed him with the word "scoundrel" inside the courtroom.
Prime Minister Rama emphasized that SPAK was created by the will of the Socialist Party, today we have indisputable proof of its independence.
But he emphasized that independence alone is not enough, but the professionalism and integrity of SPAK are also needed.
Rama said that it is a problematic point of SPAK, which has to do with respect for others.
" The Socialist Party created SPAK, which has the will of the Albanian people. We want SPAK to be there, to empower itself, and we are here to exercise this will."
Today we have indisputable proof of SPAK's independence. But independence is not enough. We also need professionalism and integrity.
SPAK must fight with itself and keep in mind that independence must be put into the function of fair justice, which does not look left or right.
But, while preserving all the principles of European culture. There is a problematic point in SPAK's activity, which has to do with respect for the other, with respect for the presumption of innocence, with respect for anyone who becomes part of a process, even if they are questioned as a person who may know something, that anyone is equal to anyone.
"Anyone who questions anyone at the Train Station should keep in mind that they must respect it ," Rama said.
