WHAT A SADNESS/ Because of SPAK, politics celebrates the November holidays separately

TIRANA - Fog, rain, cold, humidity and sadness in Tirana and all of Albania. This November found the country wrapped in a tis of boredom and melancholy, which some washed-up activities have tried in vain to shake off.
