This Thursday's plenary session in the Assembly began with tensions, as Democratic Party deputies protested inside the hall, blocking the rostrum and opposing the normal development of parliamentary proceedings.

As the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi, began the session, opposition MPs created a cacophony, banging their hands on the tables. At the same time, they raised banners in support of the student protest.

Tensions escalated further when Democratic MPs blocked the Parliament's rostrum, preventing the normal continuation of the session.

In front of them, members of the Republican Guard have created a cordon in the hall, placing themselves in front of the opposition deputies.
