The couple Ergys and Dorina Verdho should be taken as an "example " by Albanian families for the way they have multiplied their wealth within a short period, where from salaried workers and real estate agents, they have managed to establish construction companies and wine sales businesses in the former Blloku area. Everything changed the moment Gysi was initially appointed as deputy director of the Albanian Road Authority, in the period of 2018 and 2019, a time when he ended up without a large income and with an obligation to pay for the child.

Then, everything changes as if by magic, since not only have profits increased, but he has managed to open one of the most luxurious wine shops in our country, while the construction firm he founded has managed to win tenders with zero sums. Ergys Verdho's career really began at ARRSH, to later be transferred as director of KESH and currently as General Director of the Railways. It seems a metamorphosis, how from private jobs he can make such a great fortune.

Vox News has reviewed dozens of documents from the HIDAKKI and other notarial acts that show that, in the years since he took office, the current director of the Railways himself declared a real estate design and valuation studio. He writes that he operated in the private market until October 31, 2019, at which time he was employed by the ARA. Whether or not he received money from private firms that won road tenders remains to be investigated by law enforcement agencies.

At that time, Verdho declared very minimal income, his salary as deputy director of the ARA being 1.1 million lek, and it turns out that he was a partner in the company V&CE Studio.

"I was a partner of the company 'V&CE studio' until November 2020 when I sold the shares," Verdho himself writes.

But wasn't he the director of roads at that time? Did he make very important decisions at the ARRSH? What private jobs did he do at a time when he should have been in state offices? Was this firm paid by companies that received tenders from the ARRSH? These are some of the questions that law enforcement agencies must answer, as we are dealing with a flagrant case of conflict of interest.

Ndërkohë, në deklaratat e deklarimit të pasurisë figuron edhe emri i bashkëshortes së tij, zonjës Dorina Verdho. Në atë kohë, në vitet 2018 dhe 2019, zonja Verdho figuronte e punësuar si specialiste pranë KESH-it. Nëse do të lexojmë pasurinë, pjesa më e madhe e llogarive bankare janë me 0 lekë, ose me disa qindarka. Në atë kohë shiti një mjet benz, në vlerën e 400 mijë lekëve.

Ndërkohë, megjithë këto deklarime fillestare, zonja Verdho regjistri në vitin 2023 një kompani në Qendrën Kombëtare të Biznesit, të quajtur “Unbox Liquor & Gift Shop”. Fillimisht kishte 60 % të aksioneve, teksa objekti i firmës ishte tregtia me pakicë në dyqane, shërbime pije dhe gastronomi në dyqane, shërbime promovimi, shërbime marketingu dhe të tjera sherbime.

Një vit pas themelimit, zonja Dorina Verdho i bleu bashkëortakut edhe 40 % të aksioneve, teksa rezulton se në atë kohë dyqani kishte si seli zonën e ish-Bllokut, midis Piramidës dhe rrugës së Elbasanit, ose siç njihet ndryshe “rruga e Salës”. Një dyqan tepër luksoz që reklamon pije të shtrenjta, kryesisht verë, ndërkohë që çmimi i blerjes së aksioneve ka qenë për vetëm 400 mijë lekë.

Nëse do të krahasojmë vlerën e dyqanit, arredimin, të pijeve apo edhe të tjera orendi, do të shohim se çmimi ka qenë tepër qesharak. A mos vallë aksioneri tjetër është futur formalisht? Kush i ka bërë punimet dhe çfarë vlere ka aktualisht?

Aktualisht ka një hetim të hapur nga Prokuroria e Posaçme për emrin e Ergys Verdhos, ndërkohë që informacionet që duhet të verifikohen janë edhe të dhënat e shkruara më sipër. Dyshimet janë se Verdho ka vepruar njëjtë me Evis Berberin, pasardhësin e tij në detyrën e Autoritetit Rrugor Shqiptar.  

Vox News has documented that the company he was a shareholder of and left in 2020 has also managed to increase its value, winning large-value tenders. Whether or not Verdho's influence was behind this remains to be verified, but the fact is that "V & CE studio" has received hundreds of thousands of euros from the state budget.
