Rina has also had a friendly relationship with Sara Hoxha, Ledri Vula's former partner. Shortly before the relationship with Ledri was revealed, she had commented on Sara Hoxha's posts, describing her as a "beautiful mother."

Ledri Vula, in an interview on "Mirëmëngjes Yje", confirmed his separation from Sara Hoxha, blaming her for the end of the relationship. He said that if Sara had been more private about their personal lives, they could be together today.
