Journalist Rudina Xhunga, invited to the "Albana Osmani Show", narrated a story that happened to her around the age of 15 while traveling by bus in Tirana.

"I wasn't even a woman, I was a child. I always remember the most difficult moment of those years. I was on the bus, I was 14-15 years old. On foot near the driver's seat on the bus line in Tirana. A man touched me from behind. I collected it all. I was very ashamed, I didn't know how to react.

Now that I think about it, I want to cry, like that day, when I was depressed, I cried under my breath. Because I didn't know how to react, I was ashamed that he was doing this, but I didn't know who to complain to. I didn't have a phone, I didn't have anyone close to tell him: "This is touching me and this is disgusting".

My tears were falling and I couldn't move.

When I told my daughter this, she asked me: "Why didn't you leave?!" Because I was numb. Because my family didn't prepare me for this, they didn't tell me that a piece of trash on the bus can affect you. I was just a child. How many 12-15-year-old girls could this have happened to?

I now talk to my daughter. We need to speak, early on, tell them that this is your body and no one can touch you. Not only on the bus, but in the shop, at school, at home. That it's private, that it's yours, that it's not a shame for you why they're touching you, it's for him.
