A woman has sued Sean "Diddy" Combs , accusing him of holding her (hanging) over the 17th floor balcony of his ex-girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura's apartment .

She is seeking $10 million in damages for the emotional distress she suffered, citing the incident as one of the most dramatic moments of the abuse.

The lawsuit contains other allegations, alleging a widespread pattern of abuse against women, men and minors by Combs.

Combs' legal representatives have denied the allegations, saying they are baseless and that the allegations have been made since last year, when the woman, identified as Bongolan, sought legal representation to pursue the lawsuit.

They noted that Combs is confident the charges will eventually be dropped.
