Following Romeo Veshaj's statement, who stated that his relationship with Heidi Baci only lasted during his stay on Big Brother VIP Albania and for about three months outside the house, emphasizing that the separation came with respect, the moderator's public reaction has also come.
During the "Wake Up" show, Heidi Baci clarified her point of view, emphasizing that her silence so far has been misinterpreted.
"I'm afraid that silence is sometimes taken as an affirmation. I'm upset and hurt by the way my ex-relationship has been talked about," she said.
Baci directly rejected the idea that the relationship was merely "3 months," emphasizing that for him it was a relationship with real feelings and commitment.
"From my perspective, it wasn't a 3-month thing like it was presented. There was sacrifice, dedication, and emotion. For me, it was very important," she said.
She also addressed the comments and jokes in the media, which she described as offensive, emphasizing that she does not like others speaking on her behalf or minimizing a relationship that, according to her, was real.
Heidi Baci also rejected the claim that the separation was entirely amicable, implying that the situation was more difficult than has been publicly presented.
"No, the separation was not as respectful as it was sold. I was in a complicated and unexpected situation," she said.
In the end, she emphasized that she has no intention of creating conflict or "slandering" anyone, but asked that everyone speak only for themselves and respect personal perspectives.
Heidi's statement
"I've been thinking a lot this weekend, maybe it's necessary to give an explanation sometimes. I'm afraid that silence is sometimes taken as an affirmation. Some things that are said are not at all what I think. I'm upset, I'm hurt about how my ex-relationship was talked about. I don't like it when others talk about my point of view, or I keep quiet or better not deviate, because that seems to me like they're mocking the people who have supported me. From my point of view, it wasn't a 3-month thing, as it was presented, but from my side, I will always speak only for myself. There was always sacrifice, there was dedication, there were feelings and all that.
As for the 2-hour, 3-hour, 3-month part. This mockery… I don't know why 2 journalists whose existence I didn't know would talk like that. I didn't like it, I found it very insulting.
My relationship has been very important to me. I would never make fun of the feelings of others, the public that has supported me and especially my own. Everything has been very real, absolutely. A promise was made that I did not want to talk about, because it was really a very important thing for me, which could not be media fodder. I understand why some jokes are told and I have absolutely no idea who said it, but the problem lies with the person who allows these jokes.
The relationship has been important to me and no, the separation has not been as respectful as it has been presented, as it has been sold. I have found myself in a complicated, unexpected, difficult situation. Out of respect for what I have been through, that no matter how much a person can be silent, can hold it beautifully, it does not mean that it does not weigh. I do not think that it is the right way, but still everyone should speak for themselves. This is just my point of view.
On the other hand, there is no problem with it being like this, it is just an experience, no problem at all. I am not here to slander. I absolutely do not like hatred. But everyone should keep their place and their own points of view.
I know what I felt, what I said. I categorically distance myself from any kind of statement that could be made in my name.
For the other side, be it as it may, it doesn't matter, there's nothing wrong with it. There are people who love sports, there are people who love the screen, all the things I, for myself, am not part of this.
I acted with emotion and I say this with the utmost sincerity.
