Just hours after Matthew Perry's death, Friends co-star Lisa Kudrow offered to adopt the actor's dog, Alfred. She said she would attend his funeral and might even adopt his dog, who had been with her for three years. The actress believes that Perry may have died due to the effect of the medication while in the bathtub.

Although Matthew Perry spoke openly about his problems and addictions, his death was a bolt from the sky for the cast of Friends. Kudrow said his death at age 54 didn't seem real to any of the actors.

Matthew Perry's autopsy is still in progress. The actor's body was transported for medical examination late Saturday after he was found dead in his bathtub. The official cause of death has not been released and an autopsy is underway.

"While no one wants to believe that these are drugs, prescribed or not, it's definitely a thought in their mind," a source close to Kudrow told the Daily Mail.

"They think he got something that didn't mix with hot water."
