Amazing photos that show the true meaning of friendship

Stunning photos from around the world perfectly show the meaning of friendship across cultures, generations and even species.

The photo application Agora has launched another competition, where photographers must bring through their shots the meaning of friendship, one of the closest relationships that exists. "It is a universal concept that can be perceived differently in different countries", says Agora's chief executive, Octavi Royo. "But the result is the same everywhere, a happier life."

Out of the thousands of photos that were sent, 50 reached the final stage, from which the winner will emerge, who will receive a reward of 1000 dollars.
