September 12 is the date when Apple is expected to present the new smartphone model, the iPhone 15.
The new phone is expected to have a charging port similar to Android devices, to serve the unification of chargers around the world, and will have better camera zoom.
Apple is also expected to present the new model of the watch and "Airpods".
Analysts say the new iPhone could cost $100 more than the previous model. This would cause Apple to raise the price for the first time in many years.
If that's the case, a standard 6.1-inch iPhone 15 with 128 gigabytes of storage could start at $899, while the 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus could start at $999.
The iPhone 15 will have a "significantly faster" A17 bionic chip, improved battery life, a Type-C charging port, "improved" titanium frame camera technology.
One of the biggest improvements is expected to be the iPhone 15 Pro Max's periscope camera lens, which Apple said "significantly increases optical zoom capability." The lens offers a 5x-6x optical zoom - up to twice the zoom of the iPhone 14 Pro.
The iPhone 15 is also likely to have a USB-C charging port, the same port built into Android smartphone models.
