Singer Big Basta, invited this Saturday to "S'e Luan Topi", confessed the reasons that made him leave Albania for New Zealand.
The artist expressed that he felt disappointed when he made this drastic decision.
"I wanted a second option. I was very disappointed. I went through a difficult period, especially seeing artists who didn't deserve to be where they were. But who am I to judge them from the other side. I had some unpleasant elbows. Vesa was close to me every second, because I had a very big mental breakdown. I couldn't create what I wanted. I often created what people wanted, this is deadly for art. I thought that if I stayed in Albania, with Albanians I would become worse, I thought. I wanted to stay as far away as possible, that's why I chose New Zealand", said Big Basta.
Although at that time there was talk of a breakup between him and Vesa Luma, Big Basta said that the artist stood by him at every moment.
"Even Vesa didn't take my fall very well. I found a solution to recreate myself. The fact that I came back means that I am stronger than I was then. Together with Vesa, we have created a shield that I don't believe any devils will be able to penetrate ," the singer said.
