Vucic after putin conversation: Russia has handed peace deal to the West

Serbian President Alexander Vucic stated after a lengthy telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin that Russia has handed the terms of peace to Ukraine to the table and aware of the document is also the West.

"He told me that the offer for peace and agreement has been made and it is located in Kiev and in the largest centres of the West. But it's not up to me to talk about this deal. We as Serbia will appreciate and support any agreed path between the parties leading to peace," Vucic said.

Meanwhile, according to the statement distributed by the Kremlin, Putin and Vucic have discussed Ukraine as well as Kosovo and gas supply.

Unlike similar press reports in the past, in this Sunday's announcement the Kremlin does not mention 'Serbian sovereignty' over Kosovo.
