The psychiatric report of Naim Murseli, accused of murdering his wife Liridona Murseli on November 29, 2023, is released.

The Institute of Forensic Psychiatry has determined that Mursel does not have a mental disorder or mental illness of a temporary or permanent nature,

The report finds that there is no retardation, mental retardation or abuse of psychoactive substances or alcohol, it finds that at the time of the commission of the offense for which he is accused, no pathological symptomatology was identified that could affect his mental ability to understand the importance of the offense and control his actions, adding that this is based on his behavior and the dynamics before, during and after the offense.

It is also found that Murseli is fully responsible and accountable and it is found that he can participate in the court session, is capable of defending himself, consulting with other persons, and understands the indictment and is able to face trial.

"He does not have a mental illness, he is capable of defending himself," it is emphasized at the conclusion of Mursel's psychiatric examination report.

We recall that in the last court hearing against him and his two associates, Mursel's defense had requested the examination.
