Shocking details are described in the indictment filed against Dardan Krivaqe and Arbër Sejdiu by the Basic Prosecution of Ferizaj for the murder of 18-year-old Marigona Osmani, which occurred in August 2021.

The autopsy report found that from the multiple blows, the 18-year-old suffered polytrauma - multiple injuries. Where death is immediately caused by mechanical asphyxia as well as hemorrhagic and traumatic shock.

According to the prosecution, on the critical day, Dardan Krivaqa entered the room with a stick and together with Arbër Sejdiu hit the victim in different parts of the body, causing great physical and mental pain to the 18-year-old.
