Plane crashes in California, two dead, 19 injured

Two people were killed and 19 injured when a small plane crashed into a factory in Southern California.

The plane crashed into the roof of a furniture factory, causing a fire.

The people who died were those on the small plane, while the injured were inside the building in Fullerton, California.

The Fullerton Police Department said in a statement that the victims' identities will be released after next of kin are contacted.

Firefighters and police arrived at the scene and battled the flames.

US officials estimate that about 300 people were evacuated from the building, which suffered extensive material damage.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident and trying to determine the cause.
