Iran: Israel shot at the Foreign Ministry, employees were injured

Saeed Khatib Zadeh, Iran's deputy foreign minister, says Israel attacked one of the Foreign Ministry buildings in Tehran.

According to him, several employees and civilians were injured and evacuated for treatment.

"The targets included the headquarters of Iran's Ministry of Defense, the headquarters of the SPND nuclear project and other targets, which advanced the Iranian regime's efforts to secure a nuclear weapon and where the Iranian regime hid its nuclear archive," the IDF statement said.

Earlier, Israeli Air Force fighter jets attacked and destroyed rocket production sites, radar sites and surface-to-air missile launchers in Tehran.

The IDF spokesman said the attack was carried out under the direction of the Intelligence Directorate.
