Conservative reporter Brian Glenn was the one who "bullied" Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky by asking him why he wasn't wearing a suit during his visit to the White House.

Glenn's intervention was seen as the first planned to put Zelensky in a difficult position. But his presence was not accidental in the group of journalists who were allowed to attend. Since the arrival of Donald Trump as US president, the journalists who will be present at these important events are selected by the Republicans themselves and no longer by the organization of journalists that has functioned for years.

This meant that close friends of Trump's inner circle were present and serious reporters from the Associated Press and Reuters were absent, as well as another gaffe reported by CNN where a journalist from the Russian state media TASS was allowed into the White House.

But Brian Glenn is actually the boyfriend of Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. The latter is known for her pro-Russian stances, as well as her hostile stances towards Ukraine and Zelensky.

The latter has even surprised quite a few people with a statement she recently made on Elon Musk's "X" social network.

She has claimed that Hollywood is guilty of programming Americans for years to believe that Russians are "bad."

Here's what she writes in "X":

Have you ever noticed how for decades now Hollywood has always made Russia the bad guy in their movies? It's as if Americans have been programmed to believe that Russia must be the enemy at all times.

And now after years of sending billions and billions of dollars to Ukraine and supporting a war with Russia, all it has led to is over 1 million Ukrainians and Russians dead and murdered, and also many economic sanctions that have fueled inflation around the world.

It's time for diplomacy and it's time for peace. It's time to restore good relations and lift sanctions and develop good trading partners not only with Ukraine but also with Russia.

This will lead to world peace and prosperity for all.

The reactions have been strong, pointing out to her that the depiction of "bad" Russians in films is because for years Russians have been "bad" in real life as well.
