The Unit for Highway Control in Kosovo has identified another case of illegal racing on the highway.
The police have fined the drivers of Ferrari, Bugatti and other luxury cars.
They were fined 400 euros each and were banned from driving.
The minimum value of each of these cars exceeds 100,000 euros.
