Trump's arrest photo goes viral, Biden's epic comment: Handsome guy,
Joe Biden and Donald Trump

US President Joe Biden commented on the photograph of his predecessor, former President Donald Trump in prison in Georgia, calling him a "handsome guy".

Biden said he had seen the photo on TV. Asked about his reaction, he said: "Handsome guy, great guy."

The president was speaking to the media as he left what the White House said was a Pilates studio in Lake Tahoe, California.

Trump became the first former president to be photographed when he was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Thursday night.

He was arrested on 13 charges stemming from his efforts to change the results of the 2020 election in Georgia, including racketeering, conspiracy charges and soliciting a public official to violate their oath of office.

It is the fourth time this year that he faces criminal charges.
