The number of victims from the massacre in Italy has reached 4, where  Roberto Gleboni shot his wife and three children, a neighbor, his mother and then killed himself.

It is reported that the couple's 9-year-old son, who was taken to the hospital in serious condition, did not survive his injuries.

In the meantime, the wife and the 26-year-old daughter of the couple, who died at the scene, remained victims.

Dynamics

The shocking event happened in the early hours of this morning in two different apartments.

The author, after an argument with his wife, Giusi Massetti , in the house on via Ichnusa where she lived with their three children, shot at her, leaving her dead.

Then, he killed the girl, Martina Gleboni, and injured the two boys, aged 14 and 9. The latter died in hospital, while his brother is under the care of doctors.

After the massacre in the apartment,  Roberto Gleboni also wounded his neighbor Paolo Sanna (who, according to some sources, was also the owner of the house where the family lived).

The 59-year-old man, who is in serious condition, allegedly intervened after hearing the gunshots.

Afterwards, the author went to the apartment where his mother lived in via Gonario Pinna, shooting the 84-year-old woman in the head, who is also in serious condition. In the end, the perpetrator turned the gun on himself and committed suicide.

52-year-old Roberto Gleboni was an employee of Foresta, Sardinia's forest park service. He was also a trade unionist and was part of the territorial and regional management of FAIS.

The weapon with which he committed the murders was a semi-automatic pistol and he had a permit.

The pistol was found by the police in his mother's apartment, after the discovery of the massacre.

The couple's daughter, Martina, graduated in 2022 and dedicated her diploma thesis to her father, calling him "the greatest love of my life".

It is reported that the author and his wife were in the process of separation, and the 52-year-old had moved to live in his mother's apartment.
