Biden: I don't think Putin will use nuclear weapons (Video)
Joe Biden

During an evening interview with CNN, US President Joe Biden said he does not think Putin will use nuclear weapons.

"I don't think he will," he said.

Biden made the statement after warning last week that the world is facing the most acute nuclear threat in 60 years - since the Cuban Missile Crisis.

"Russian nuclear doctrine allows for the use of what is known as a tactical nuclear weapon, a limited nuclear explosion to make the enemy retreat," he said.
