Berisha allegedly forced the businessman to pay about 200,000 euros, part of it in cash and a luxury car, but he failed to escape the law. Investigations into this matter have started and a hearing was also held against the suspect.

But who is the businessman who was the victim of the girl with whom he had an extramarital affair and was involved in this affair?

Sources within the Prosecutor's Office have informed "Sinjalin" that it is about Isni Jeminin, a well-known businessman from the Prizren region, who allegedly fell prey to blackmail and was forced to cause himself material damage, at different times. since 2021.

Signal learns that everything allegedly started in the summer of 2021, when the relationship between them broke down and the intention that Zana Berisha allegedly had towards her boyfriend, with whom they had a hidden relationship, came to light. Blackmail, it is suspected, was the form in which she had intended to carry out this "work" - capturing in total no less than over 100 thousand euros in "cash".

In order to benefit materially, Zana decided, through various threats, to force the businessman to act on the basis of her demands, making it conditional on the publication of their intimate photos and videos, which she had made while they were enjoying the love affair.

Yes, as "Sinjali" initially reports, during the summer of 2021, while the suspect was in the United States of America, she asked Jemini for 100,000 euros, on the grounds that she needs that money to live and meet her needs.

On this occasion, i.e. the first time, businessman Jemini thought he would end the relationship by refusing to send him the money, but that's when the drama started.

The ex-miss decided to take revenge with threats, and even went further, sending his family members photos and video recordings where they were seen together, as a signal to warn the businessman that if he continues not to act as she requested, she will suffer it again.

The last months of that year went in this form, until the suspect returned from America at the beginning of 2022 and allegedly continued to blackmail Jemini, with whom she could not get along remotely.

Sinjali learns that after all that time, the ex-miss and the businessman met in a restaurant in Pristina, where the suspect went to the victim, in order to threaten him again, saying that "he has not done anything, what will he do" , to warn him that he will publish all the evidence he has.

Through such forms, in 2022, Berisha allegedly succeeded in blackmailing her ex-lover, a businessman, whom she forced to pay for the purchase of a luxury car (worth about 70 thousand euros), costing him if he doesn't – then she'll crash a party in his immediate family.

And not to end there, the sources say that after about a year the businessman Jemini was forced to give money to the suspect in the hope that this "job" will be closed and they will part ways. Sinjali's sources have informed that this time, he deposited about 50 thousand euros with his blackmailing ex-girlfriend.

But even this large amount of money did not work and the situation between them continued as in the movies with threats and scary warnings.

According to the same sources, from September 2022 to July this year, the businessman was forced to give money to the suspect every month, with the condition that if she did not pay him, she would continue to cause him problems In family.

Thus continuing to be a victim of blackmail, the amount assigned to him by the ex-miss was 5 thousand euros per month. So for 11 months, which is suspected to have lasted this "hot" but also tough relationship between them, the businessman is said to have given 55 thousand euros.

In total, businessman Jemini paid about 175 thousand euros, including the purchase of the car, with threats and blackmail.

These are just some of the cases that are suspected to have happened and are being investigated by the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren, which has applied for the appointment of a security measure against the suspect, regarding the criminal offense of "Blackmail".

The hearing for this case has already been held, in which case the judge of the preliminary procedure has decided regarding the request of the Prosecution.
