The Prime Minister of Kosovo says that Serbian-Russian extremist and terrorist groups with strong ties to Serbia may be hiding behind the attack in Zubin Potok.
The court is referring to a series of emblems found along with ammunition during the Kosovo police operation following the explosion in the canal. The emblems are from both the Russian and Serbian military, as well as paramilitary groups.
Kurti sounds the alarm and says that a decisive and unified response is needed to these terrorist actions that endanger all security in the region.
Kurti's full statement:
Following raids in northern Kosovo, in connection with the November 29, 2024 kinetic terrorist attack on the Ibër Lepenci canal, various weapons, uniforms and equipment were confiscated, as well as Russian and Serbian emblems of intelligence, military and security structures were found.
