After this Thursday's session, the Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, announced that they will address the Constitutional Court, after the latter issued a ruling requesting the constitution of the parliament within 30 days, which results in the last week of July.

According to Krasniqi, the last three sessions in parliament were conducted in conscious violation of the constitution by the chairman of the session, who, as he says, was instructed by his party. For this reason, today during the day we will submit the new case to the Constitutional Court", emphasized Krasniqi.

The Democratic League of Kosovo also announced that it will address the Constitutional Court. LDK MP Alban Zogaj, after this Thursday's session, brought the same arguments as PDK, saying that the LVV is violating the Constitution and its verdict a few days ago, so they will address the institution again.
