He was internationally wanted, the 41-year-old from Vlora is extradited from

Arnold Jaho, 41, convicted of money laundering, income concealment and fraud, has been extradited from Spain to Albania. He was also internationally wanted for unlawful deprivation of liberty and illegal possession of weapons.

The extradition of the 41-year-old, born in Vlora, was carried out from Barcelona as part of the international operation codenamed "The Wanted", thanks to the cooperation between Interpol Tirana and the Spanish authorities in Madrid.

 According to the police, the Tirana Court sentenced Jahon in 2026 to 6 years in prison for the criminal offenses of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" and "Hiding income."

Also, in 2024, he was sentenced to 1 year in prison for the criminal offense of "Fraud".

Meanwhile, in 2025, the Tirana Prosecution Office issued a restraining order against him for the criminal offenses of "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty" and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition".

"Convicted and accused of crimes against the person, illegal possession of weapons, money laundering and economic crimes, a 41-year-old man is extradited from Spain.

As a result of consistent cooperation between specialists from the Interpol Directorate and their counterparts in Madrid, during this phase of the "The Wanted" operation, the internationally wanted citizen, Arnold Jaho, 41 years old, born in Vlora, was extradited from Barcelona.

The Tirana Court, in 2026, sentenced him to 6 years in prison for the criminal offenses "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" and "Hiding income", and in 2024, to 1 year in prison for the criminal offense "Fraud".

Also for this citizen, the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, in 2025, issued a detention order, for the criminal offenses of "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty" and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition"
