Construction in Albania continues to be done at a rapid pace, as permits have been granted everywhere; in the sea, mountain, river, road or even flowers. The mania to grab every palm of property is great, even in those areas that are protected, near the national axes or anywhere else.

For several weeks, a broad action initiated by Prime Minister Edi Rama has been launched to vacate public properties, spaces occupied by construction. Several metal structures have been demolished in several cities, while one initiative is also the release of national axes.

The government has predicted that the entities that have occupied the streets or their sides will be demolished, regardless of whether they have a permit or not. An action seemingly that serves the community, but what does the government itself do?!

On the one hand, the government shutters demolish some constructions and the initiators of this action give permission. A great paradox, because if you want to free up the national axes, why will you then occupy them with constructions?!

According to the documents available to VoxNews, the National Council of the Territory, led by the heads of state, has recently disclosed the development permit for the building "multifunctional complex, 7 floors above ground and 1 floor underground parking, Gjokaj, Tirana". It is learned that the owner and developer is the company "Concord Investment" sh.p.k, owned by the Dulaku brothers, who are involved in media, construction and tourism.

VoxNews leaked the documents of this permit, where it appears that the buildings will be built next to the roundabout. In fact, part of the property and constructions also affects the connecting roads of these axes. Of course, there are constructions, they are being done and there will be.

But the ease with which oligarchs or powerful people obtain permits is too great. But if this construction were done by an ordinary man, would it be given to him? For almost 2 years, the residents of Bërxula in Vora protested about the ridiculous damages that the state assigned for the construction of the Thumanë - Kashar axis.

Some even had their homes demolished and although they were promised that they would receive a rent bonus and be sheltered, they still wander at the doors of the Municipality of Vora and the Ministry of Finance. Some whose house was demolished have asked for permission to redo it on their property, but have received confirmation that "constructions are not allowed".

What difference does the Zeneli family, whose apartment was demolished and is not allowed to build, make a difference for the government, and the Dulaku family, who receives the permit with the greatest ease?! Of course, money and influences, where the poor are not even given permission to put their heads in and the rich are given permission for skyscrapers and towers, even for palaces adjacent to important national axes.

Trualli ndodhet në zonën kadastrale ZK.1751, shumë pranë mbikalimit Thumanë Kashar, në një pozicion strategjik me dalje të menjëhershme në autostradën Tiranë Durrës dhe lidhje të shpejta me rrjetin kryesor rrugor të zonës. Nga veriu dhe lindja kufizohet me autostradën, në perëndim ndodhet kompleksi CityPark, ndërsa në jug kufizohet me pronë private” thuhet në doumenta.

The documents stipulate that the terrain has a trapezoidal shape and a slight natural slope, which makes it easy to adapt for any type of construction or development.

"Within its borders there is also the reserved belt along the overpass, which respects the safety distances according to the urban regulations and the Traffic Code of the Republic of Albania, which defines the protection and minimum distances from the road infrastructure," the documents read. So, the documents themselves determine that the buildings are adjacent to this roundabout. Contrary to what is written, it is quite clear in the photo that these distances have not been respected either.

It is learned that the land has an area of 16,172 m², and its development has been conceived respecting the investor's requirements and the geometric shape of the land. "The project envisages the construction of three separate buildings, dedicated to the company's offices, which are positioned in order to make the best use of the space and create a functional organization" continues the document, where it is written that the total area of the above ground construction is 36,731.3 m².
