In July 2020, at the height of the Covid 19 pandemic, Prime Minister Edi Rama traveled to Tepelena, accompanied by the former mayor and elected MP Tërmet Peçi and the former director of AZHBR, Frida Krifca. They went to a workshop, owned by Bledar Hysa.
More than the news that Bledari had received funds from AZHBR, the "news" at that time became the table overflowing with meat and other assortments. Of course, Tërmet Peçi is known as one of Rama's biggest supporters, where he awaits him with songs and dances.

But at that time he tried to bite the head of the government, who had gone out to visit businessmen and people who had received funds. Time passed and the same character, the person who set the table, won a tender of small value from the Municipality of Tepelena. The institution is now run by Earthquake trustees.

According to documents available to VoxNews, the Municipality of Tepelena has finalized the tender in recent days with the object of "cutting down trees that pose a risk to the lives of citizens and entities in the Cold Water area". The winner of the procedure was "HB-GROUPCONSTRUCTION" owned by Bledar Hysa.
In the published documents there is no accurate assessment of the trees by forest engineers. But only one procedure from the municipality, which has decided to cut a "wild cherry", which is 50 centimeters thick and 14 meters high. For this tree, the municipality says that it is 80% dried.
Meanwhile, he has decided to cut a "rap" 120 centimeters wide and 20 meters high. For this tree, the municipality writes that it is 90% dried. The third tree is a "Canadian poplar" 80 cm wide and 19 meters high.
More than the risk, the cut must have been made by businesses that are flourishing day by day in Cold Water, where hotels have been made and several projects are ongoing. Is it possible that the cut is being made to free up some new land for hotels in that area?!
