A few days ago, Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke of two possible scenarios for electricity costs in the state budget, the first scenario, the one with the price of over 500 euros of an M-h in international markets and the second of the price around 250 euros of MAh on these stock exchanges.
Referring to these prices, the Prime Minister said that in both cases the state budget estimated scarce figures to cover costs by the end of this year and avoided raising the price of energy for family and small businesses.
For the first scenario, Rama declared the figure of 650 ml to 700 ml euros, while for the second of 250 ml to 280 ml euros. With current prices in international markets, the cost is in the second scenario.
Citing these figures, the Prime Minister explains why he cannot remove, or lower, any oil taxes, implying that the money raised through these taxes goes to pay the electricity bill, which says it is covered 80 percent by the Government and 20 percent by small business citizens.
But the money there is and the largest debt in the energy sector is the state itself. According to October 2021 data, state institutions have doubled the debts osheE has to electricity bills compared to 2013.
In 2013, the debt to OSHEE of the state's budgetary and non-budgetary institutions was estimated at about 10 billion euros, or about 80 ml. In October last year, this debt jumped to 20 billion euros, or about 160-165 ml.
The biggest debts to OSHEE are the aqueducts, which over the years have accumulated debt after debt, as much as at an economy commission meeting during the 2022 budget discussions in November last year, Tirana Mayor Erion Iime, in the quality of the head of the Albanian Municipal Association, called for a solution to be found.
Started by the financial situation of the albanians, a few days after taking up the third term, Prime Minister Edi Rama warned of a reform of the albanians, organizing and focusing them on a society similar to OSHEE, where the municipalities will be shareholders.
The other problem raised by Rama in September last year at one of the meetings he held with the country's mayors was also the artificial inflating of the administration of the albanians, which he said were being used by municipalities for nepotic and electoral employment.
