Erotic scandals in the Albanian justice system have repeatedly shocked public opinion, raising strong questions about the integrity of judges and officials who are supposed to guarantee justice.

Cases where judicial decisions have been attempted to be influenced with money or sexual favors have severely damaged citizens' trust in institutions and have highlighted one of the most serious forms of abuse of power.

VoxNews, taking its cue from the case involving one of the members of the High Prosecutorial Council, Olger Eminaj, and a divorced woman.

In the leaked conversations, Eminaj appears stripped of any institutional filter, as he has used erotic language and sexual terms, crossing every ethical boundary for a high-level justice official.

But this is not the only case where justice officials have not followed the constitution but their sexual desires.

One of the most serious scandals was that of Judge Roland Hysi , who was filmed with a hidden camera demanding money and sexual favors in exchange for a decision on the custody of a child.

The video released by an investigative show showed live communications demanding around 500 euros and sexual intercourse to influence the court's decision.

After the publication of the materials, Hysi was arrested and subsequently sentenced to prison, becoming the strongest documented case of sexual corruption in the Albanian judicial system.

Another sensational case was that of Guximtar Boçi, former president of the Gjirokastra Court.

An audio released in the media raised suspicions that the judge had requested sexual favors in exchange for influence in a court case.

The denunciation caused strong public reactions and suspension from duty, while Boçi himself denied the accusations, claiming manipulation of the material.

The case was widely discussed for standards of investigation and accountability in justice.

In Berat, Judge Shyqyri Çobo faced criminal charges for seeking sexual favors during a divorce process.

The denunciation led to his suspension and the opening of investigations, adding another episode to the list of cases linking corruption to sexual abuse in the judiciary.

The investigative show Stop on TV Klan broadcast material that directly implicated the prosecutor and at the same time a member of the High Prosecutorial Council (KLP),  Olger Eminaj .

According to the complaint made public, a citizen has filed a complaint with the KLP, claiming that she was involved in an inappropriate relationship with the prosecutor, in circumstances that raise serious questions about the ethics and integrity of a senior justice official.

The material broadcast by Stop contained communications and details that cast strong suspicions of serious ethical violations on the part of Olger Eminaj, while the case is expected to be handled by the responsible institutions.

The prosecutor removes the sexual organ from the office and also asks the citizen to buy sex toys in Italy. He also sends her photos and audio from the KLP meeting.

His role as a member of the KLP, one of the key bodies of the new justice system, makes this issue even more sensitive, as it directly affects public trust in the institutions that should guarantee the integrity and impartiality of the system.
