Albania has adopted a resolution in Parliament, declaring Iran a state sponsor of terrorism.
The resolution was approved only with majority votes, after the opposition boycotted it with the argument that it was a personal initiative of the socialists.
But then, Sali Berisha seems to have regretted it and has decided to declare Iran a terrorist state as well.
But unlike Rama, who announced it in Parliament, Berisha announced it on his Facebook.
The ridiculous competition between Rama and Berisha, over who is more vicious against Iran, to catch the eye of the Americans, is in stark contrast to the Europeans.
So far, all European countries, but also those in the region, our neighbors, have tried to stay away from the US-Israeli conflict with Iran.
Even historical or new allies of the US, like England in the first case, or Italy, whose prime minister has a close connection to Donald Trump.
Thus, in turn, England, Germany, France, Italy, Turkey, and even Greece or Serbia, have been cautious, declaring that the war in Iran has nothing to do with them.
The only country that has joined the US-Israel alliance, albeit symbolically, is Albania.
Of course, we have no military clout and cannot help them.
But as a gesture, it serves you, and that's what Israel reacted to after the resolution was passed.
Now, anyone can say that it's up to us to take a stand against Iran, because they've been hitting us with cyber attacks.
Except, real war is not fought with resolutions.
And unfortunately, for now, we have only those left, because we really have neither military nor economic power. ( Vox News )
