A complaint received by the VOX News editorial office sheds light on the worrying situation at the Court of Appeal in Vlora , where, according to footage obtained, case files have been piled up alarmingly, to the ceiling.

From the photos sent by a citizen to the VOX News editorial office , it is clearly seen that dozens of boxes with court files have been placed inside the institution's premises, which are stacked one on top of the other at a considerable height.

This large influx of documents points to a frightening backlog of unexamined cases, raising serious questions about the pace of reviewing court cases.

According to the complainant, the situation arose after the reconstruction of the court building, which was carried out with European Union funds.

However, despite investment in infrastructure, it seems that the main problem remains file overload and delays in handling cases.

This situation raises concerns for citizens awaiting justice, as the large number of unfinished files can translate into protracted processes and long delays in issuing decisions.
