The 60 investigators of the National Bureau of Investigation that SPAK has deployed in the field to prevent electoral crime have collected significant data, clues and evidence of the purchase, or attempt to buy, of votes, where in some cases the clues also indicate the involvement of organized crime.

VoxNews sources claim that in addition to denunciations of political entities, candidates running, or alerts they have received from district prosecutors, the police or other institutions, BKH agents have also collected material for potential investigative files in the future.

The same sources claim that the collected materials are particularly compromising and particularly significant in two cases, where it is suspected that organized crime is behind the candidates through financial power and blackmail against citizens.

The first and most serious case, sources claim, is in Elbasan, where SPAK suspects that a powerful criminal group is supporting the candidate, Sara Mile .

SPAK has indications of large sums of money being distributed on the ground by this group to support this candidate, while the data provided by VoxNews through sources is also reinforced by public reports of a fierce clash between people engaged in the campaign for Sara Milen and representatives of the political entity for which she is running on May 11.

The second case, which sources claim is also considered problematic, is that of Arkend Balla in the Durrës District.

The evidence collected by SPAK in this region suggests that his name is being supported by a powerful organized crime group based in Durrës and with strong ties to the Elbasan group, which supports Sara Milen.
