There is rightly a rage and civic anger towards state institutions for the tragedy of Kumanovo. Police structures and other institutions are rightly criticised.

No one claims criminal responsibility goes as far as the director of the State Police, or the Interior Minister. This responsibility remains with the dismissed commissioner Arjan Tase and with him it is already up to the justice bodies to be taken.

However, moral responsibility goes first to the entire chain of police and the Interior Ministry and then to the whole society. Why? The police have its problems, but when did it happen in the past for its director general to take responsibility and moral blame in the past?

Gledis Nano did this on Wednesday when he went to Dhermi. He accepted all responsibility, and perhaps even more than he belongs, though he distributed it to the over 10,000 employees of the forces of order.

Who less and who has his sins more in the tragedy of Kumanovo. But the one who hid his head like an ostrich in this situation is Interior Minister Bledi Chuci. When it comes to taking credit, Chuci is the first to appear alongside blue uniforms, while when the responsibility of serious events, such as the case in Himari, is divided, he is silent.

Silence because some appointments and promotions, which have subsequently resulted in problems in the ranks of the State Police, as Voxnews.al learns are sponsored by him, who has used power as interior minister to dictate movements in the ranks of blue uniforms.

Gledis Nano, as relatively young director of the State Police and who within the week accounted twice in the SPAK, in this case carried out his duty through the dismissal of the author of the tragedy, the entire chain of border police in Vlora, or even the Kumanovo commissioner and through the maintenance of the moral responsibility it belongs to.

What about Bledi Chuci? The minister has also tied the language in this case, as he did in June last year, when 4 people remained killed on Velipoja beach, while he took rays on the beaches of the south of the country as if nothing had happened.

Chuci's role today more than minister of the Interior is as manager of social networks, where he distributes every post of Rama and hastens to take, or share the merits for any success of the State Police.
