The businessman of the company ' OE 2AF Albania shpk ',   Aqif Konesha, is the person who has benefited from the mayor of Bulqiza, Lefter Alla , to do the works of the Waterworks that would be built for 3 million euros in the city. Conesha is chosen by Alla to do the works.

He is already in handcuffs together with Lefter Alla and 12 other people, they were arrested yesterday by SPAK, the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.

Among those arrested was Denis Xholi , one of the associates of the mayor of Bulqiza, Lefter Alla , who was arrested after being accused of corruption and of having abused public tenders during the exercise of his duties as mayor of Bulqiza.

As a person suspected of committing the crime, " Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions ", provided by article 258/2 and 25 of the Criminal Code.

Pas përfundimit të hetimeve, Xholi është dërguar në gjyq nga SPAK.

Denis Xholin së bashku me Albjon Çekun, u kapën me vlera monetare, nga Kandidati i PD, Luan Haka dhe mbështetësit e PD më 22 prill.
