The Albanian Electric Power Corporation is the next institution that gives tenders violating the competition according to the law. KESH has signed a contract of not less than 800 million Lek excluding VAT for car repair and maintenance.

The procurement was closed on March 6 and has as its object the repair and maintenance of KESH cars for a period of 2 years.

Only the entity "Alstezo" participated in the procurement worth 692 thousand euros, which the institution headed by Ergys Verdho declared the winner without competition.

" Openprocurement ", which passes through the sieves and monitors the tenders, caught it with a red flag due to the lack of competition, since there was only one operator in the competition, "ALSTEZO LLC", which without any surprise or doubt won.

What stands out and an important detail that raises doubts is the fact that the winning offer is the same as the limit value set for this tender, 80,580,000.00 for a 2-year contract.
