A battle for 10 million euros has just begun between the companies Advanced Business Solution and the merger of the companies "Kreatx" and "Soft and Solution" regarding the mega tender of the High Judicial Council for the Integrated Court Case Management System (ICMIS).
The company Advanced Business Solution has complained to the Public Procurement Commission regarding the announcement of the winning bid of the companies "Kreatx" and "Soft and Solution" a few days ago by the contractor, which in this case is KLGJ.
ABS seems to have taken this complaint very seriously, paying around 50 thousand euros as the "fee" given in these cases for securing the complaint.
Advanced Business Solution , described by former Prime Minister Ahmetaj as a company close to Prime Minister Rama, requests from the Public Procurement Commission an evaluation of the procedures for announcing the winner of the bid worth 924,375,000 new lek for the merger of the companies "Kreatx" and "Soft and Solution", which was not even the lowest bid in this tender, despite being announced the winner.
The lowest bid in this tender, worth 818,800,000 lek, was from Advanced Business Solution.
The tender for the " Integrated Case Management System (ICMIS) " was announced by the High Judicial Council (HJC) on February 21 of this year and the limit fund for this procedure was set at 1,025,905,001 new lek or over 10 million euros.
It turns out that 6 economic operators participated in this tender, where the winning bid was announced as that of "Kreatx" and "Soft and Solution".
"Soft & Solution" is owned by businessman Ermal Beqiri, who turns out to be one of the main players in tenders related to information technology, announced by AKSHI.
Meanwhile, it has been reported in the media that the other company that joined Beqiri in this bid, "Kreatx", is partly owned by Mr. Panajot Gjiknuri, brother of former minister Damian Gjiknuri, turning this into a "battle" within the majority for a large sum of money, such as the KLGJ's 10 million euro tender for the Integrated Court Case Management System (ICMIS)./ skyweb
