Sali Berisha insists that he mentions the oligarchs by name, but only does so when the public interest is seriously harmed.

According to this statement by Berisha, 60 thousand square meters of land in the Port of Vlora, which Samir Mane acquired for 1 euro to build towers, residences and hotels, does not violate the national interest.

The interest is not affected by the 1.3 billion euro concessions of Thumanë-Kashar and Lekaj-Fier, nor Mother Teresa Airport, extended for 13 years for Shefqet Kastrati with the promise of an investment of 100 million euros, when it registers at least 30 million per year Euro profit is not an infringement of public interests.

On the one hand, Berisha called the board communist and extortionist of the Albanians, but when it came to opposing him legally in the Constitutional Court, he stopped the deputies from signing the initiative of the rival group within the DP.

These two cases are enough to show that Sali Berisha has not been freed from the oligarchs, which he created, while Edi Rama empowered them and brought them over the state.
