Former Democratic Party MP, Ervin Salianji, has warned that he will once again take action to remove Sali Berisha from the leadership of the DP if the Democrats do not win the local elections.

Invited to News 24, Salianji described Berisha as the main obstacle to the overthrow of Prime Minister Edi Rama, while emphasizing that until the local elections he will try to unite the opposition.

"I will make other moves and efforts if the DP does not win the local elections. I will make moves again to remove Sali Berisha, as the main obstacle to overthrowing Edi Rama ," he said.

Among other things, he said that all opposition factions, leaders of other parties, as well as protesters, should gather.

"In politics, neither I nor anyone else has the magic wand to change the situation overnight. I will make efforts until the local elections. Until the local elections, I will make every effort to ensure that the opposition is united and that I contribute, because these are administrative elections."

I will make other moves and efforts if the DP does not win the local elections. I will again make moves to remove Sali Berisha, as the main obstacle to overthrowing Edi Rama.

"At this moment, because there is also time for war, at this moment let's leave the war against each other, let's gather all the opposition flows and the leaders of other parties, as well as the protest ," said Salianji.
