The 22 protesters arrested on the first day of the protest (October 13) appeared before the court today at 08:30 for a security measure.
5 of them have been placed under house arrest and 3 others, including a girl, are under obligation to appear, while the hearing for the remaining 19 is now underway. The hearing, where judge Amarilda Sulaj is presiding, is being held in groups due to limited space.
Police forces wearing spacesuits and gas masks also arrived inside the courthouse earlier, to be ready in case there is an escalation of the situation, which has been calm so far.
