On October 30, 2025, at the Tirana Pyramid, Tirana Slush'D returns with its second edition, a conference powered by Slush HQ that brings together founders, investors, and innovators from the region, Europe, and the Nordics.

What is Tirana Slush'D?

Tirana Slush'D, organized by BLimitless, is the local edition of the global Slush community, the world's most "founder-focused" event, born in Helsinki. The goal: to create and help world-changing founders by connecting them with investors, mentors, and media.

For the first time, 7 Albanian startups will be selected to be part of Slush Helsinki in November, as part of a dedicated booth with the slogan “Albania Now”. This is a golden opportunity because Slush is the place where a month of meetings is “compressed” into two days: hundreds of pre-bookable meeting tables, thousands of one-on-one meetings and a record density of investors. Being in Helsinki as a national delegation gives startups much broader exposure to global VCs, media and corporate partners; it also increases Albania’s credibility as an ecosystem that is coming up with a concrete innovation offer.

Fil Rouge Capital: who they are and the special offer of €300,000 in Tirana Slush'D

Fil Rouge Capital (FRC) is an early-stage VC fund manager (pre-seed, seed, Series A), active in Central and Southeastern Europe, with a broad portfolio and three funds raised to date. FRC has announced that it is coming to Tirana with a unique investment opportunity of €300,000 for a startup participating in Tirana Slush'D 2025.
