Employees of the Police Supervision Agency will receive payment for the compensation of travel expenses in cases when they are transferred or appointed to a task far from their place of residence. Referring to the decision approved by the Council of Ministers, the employee benefits from:

-From 36 km to 60 km, at the rate of 10,000 (ten thousand) ALL/month;

-From 61 km to 100 km, at the rate of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) ALL/month;

-From 101 km to 150 km, at the rate of 20,000 (twenty thousand) ALL/month;

-From 151 km to 200 km, at the rate of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) ALL/month;

-Over 200 km, at the rate of 30,000 (thirty thousand) ALL/month.

Referring to the decision, the benefit of this payment continues until the change of residence of the employee of the Agency, which means settling with a residence in the territory that coincides with the jurisdiction of the structural unit of the Police Supervision Agency, where the employee is assigned.

Also, according to SCAN, the decision determines that when the employee of the Agency is transferred or appointed to work outside his place of residence, and for this reason, the spouse terminates the employment relationship, the spouse has the right to receive a monthly salary in case he cannot to be employed at the place of transfer or appointment to the Agency's employees.

The monthly salary is received until the date of employment of the spouse, but not more than 15 (fifteen) years. The monthly salary is in the amount of 100 (one hundred) % of the average monthly salary of the last year of work, but, in any case, not more than 150 (one hundred and fifty) % of the national minimum salary, approved by decision of Council of Ministers.
