The European currency euro has begun to recognize a new level of decline in March, after a stability maintained in the first 2 months of the year.
Today, in the local market, the European currency has fallen to the level of 102 lek, while during the previous two months it fluctuated between 104 and 103 lek.
The downward trend of the euro has been established since the first week of the month and has deepened over the following days.
The increase in the flow of tourists is expected to bring even more flow of European currency to the country, influencing its price against the Albanian currency and further influencing its weakening against the overvalued lek.
