Today dozens of citizens have marched towards the village of Kashar, near the premises where the Albanian "Reality Show" called Big Brother VIP is taking place.

Kashari and the studio are so far away that if a political party were to protest, hardly anyone would be able to find the address among the jungle labyrinths of illegal constructions.

Despite the police force, people turned out to support Luiz, one of the Big Brother housemates, who had been forgotten by the public for years because his brilliance had been faded by more than a decade of his talented voice.

On Tuesdays and Saturdays no one follows political debates anymore, because 99% of the public follows the Albanian reality on the screen.

The program is called BB-VIP, although in the classical sense, there is no Very Important Person inside.

However, Olta, Luizi, Tea, Kjevina, Kiara seem more important people in the eyes of the people than Monika, Saliu, Iliri, Edi or Alibeaj.

The Albanian opposition has not come out in protests since the day they beat Berisha on the Boulevard.

- In July, he postpones the protests because they went to the beach

- In the fall, they postponed the protests because the World Championship started

- In winter, they postponed the protests because they wanted to eat the New Year's turkey and baklava.

- While now they have postponed them until Big Brother ends.

Saliu's calls for revolution have become so ridiculous that today they received the deserved response.

The people rise up for Luizi of Big Brother, but not for the personal troubles of Sali Berisha.

No one is crazy enough to sacrifice and lose 2 hours of their life to appear on the square for Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta.

Albanians find it more interesting to spend 4 months in front of the screen, watching the graces of Olta and the forms of Kejvina than to listen to the tales of the opposition's old jackets for 4 hours in protest.

The reality of Big Brother motivates them more than the acting of unfashionable opposition leaders.

So heavy is the hope for a political future in Albania, that media theater is more motivating than political banality.

The day has come in Albania, that Sali Berisha has fewer supporters than Luiz, because if you compare him with Olta and Kejvina, he has lost the media and public competition for years...

Wait you haven't seen anything yet…..

The day will come when the people will "match" more with Bora and Nebi than with Sali.
