The draft resolution proposed in the Assembly of the Republic of Albania on the unfoundedness of claims for the illegal trafficking of human organs in Kosovo and Albania, a proper and necessary step.

Under normal circumstances and in democratic countries, the judiciary and the separate court are independent and should function uninfluenced, but when the court is placed at the service of the prosecution body, then many dilemmas are added, and when the requests of the prosecution are approved "blankly" by the court, it is a signal for reaction.

Although I belong to the deputies who have supported the establishment of this court, being deeply convinced that the KLA's war has been clean, for more than that, the malicious claims of Dick Marti's report, even though they resembled the movies fatalistic - scientific, I was convinced that it had to be discredited and rejected. The trial, I believed, would reconfirm that our fight for freedom was a liberating, just and clean fight.

However, when you see the actions of the Special Court, which is more like a body put at the service of the prosecution's requests, the reaction like this of Albania with this Draft Resolution, becomes a national obligation.

Through this reaction, the purity of the war of the Kosovo Liberation Army is protected, as the most successful guerrilla of the 20th century, and not only that, but it is in the function and service of the protection and respect of freedoms and human rights.

Violation of human rights and freedoms is taking place permanently, keeping in detention unjustly, without meeting any legal conditions, the highest leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the NATO allied army, which together served to protect the lives of the civilian population and against the genocidal acts of the Serbian state.
