Supreme Court

The decision of the Supreme Court, which ordered SPAK to start investigations into the murders of four protesters at the January 21, 2011 rally, is clarified.

This decision is made available to the Prosecutor's Office and the families of the victims.

DECISION:

The Criminal Panel of the Supreme Court, in accordance with the provisions of articles 291, point 4 and 441, point 1, letter "dh", of the Code of Criminal Procedure

DECIDE:

The change of decision no. 92, dated 21.06.2023, of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime and decision no. 107, dated 29.03.2023, of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime - the judge for the preliminary investigations before that court and the final resolution of the case, ordering the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime to register the proceedings criminal for the report dated 16.02.2023.
